Nigel Graham

The man who started it all!

Nigel Graham heads up the company and has over 24 years experience in tuckpointing.

Nigel trains up all new staff to ensure they can achieve the excellent quality we require of all our tradesmen.

It was Nigel's work that achieved the Award Winning status of Federation Tuckpointing, by winning the Building Restoration Award in 1996 - which was presented by the Mayor. The plaque hangs proudly at the front of the premises.

 

John Lowes

John Lowes is the Production and Quality Manager.  John will work with you establish the best posible schedule and time frame to complete your work.  He runs the produciton team to  ensure a smooth transition  from start to finish and to the final inspection of the work to ensure our professional quality is delivered on every job.

John says his job is made easy by our experienced operators who enjoy their trade and take pride in their workmanship.

Alix Jordan

Alix Jordan is our Executive Manager.  She aims for speed of service in all areas of the company and keeps a birdseye view on things to ensure all systems are operating as smoothly as possible.

From hiring and establishing staff, processing sales, managing the computer software management system, handling our marketing and promotion and running the finance lines, Alix is kept very busy!

Alix has been trained in Management and Organisation and enjoys the usual challenges of managing a small but expanding company.

Angy Dang

Angy is one of our prized operators who regularly receives glowing praise from customers for his work Angy has been with Federation for 6 years and we hope for many years to come.

Angy specialises in re-pointing work and is one of the best colour matchers in the business!

Kevin McCabe

Kevin has been tuckpointing for over 20 years and is very particular and proud of his work.

He has been with Federation for around 4 years and we are very happy to have Kevin and is expertise on our team.

Kevin is also an aspiring artist so he really appreciates the aesthetics he creates through his work. 

John Keery

John is a recent and welcome addition to the team at Federation. John is a qualified trainer and brickie who we have trained in tuckpointing, so we know he's one of the best!

John's diverse knowledge and skills make him a very valuable addition to team Federation.
