It is only after ender has been removed, that we know the full extent of restoration required in order to bring the building back to it's full glory.
For this reason, we will usually provide a quote to remove the render and a separate quote to complete the project once the render has been removed. 

Removing the render yourself is always an option that's available to you - depending of course on your available time frame!
